So after getting hooked on BiggerPockets in Summer of 2019, I finally made a purchase in November 2019 on a cottage 4 hours North of me in Michigan (Petoskey/Harbor Springs area).

These types of transactions got put on hold last spring pretty much across the board due to the pandemic but that has since adjusted and in my experience it has been business as usual since last summer.
