I have to agree with David on this one... best to focus on your primary business first as being a good real estate photographer will certainly eat up your most valuable resource... time.

What is you opinion on setting up LLC and other aspects of this business first.

This is the nature of the business, you are not doing anything wrong from what I am seeing.

Their situation was a little specific as they lived in and operated a business out of their home so they signed up for a NNN lease, and the property was dual zoned residential and commercial so we were able to maximize their value.  

I have a two duplex new construction project that I'm running personally and its really simple if you know the business.

For part of my graduation project for senior year, I have to partner with a business and provide a service to them that will in turn grow their company.

Over the past year I have begun developing a new way of carrying out my business and that is by finding off market gems!
