I believe my biggest battle is with myself and the worry of (what if?)

I’m definitely going to talk with brokers as well to start analyzing deals and gain an eye for what a good deal looks and smells like.

However, I'm not sure you can ever totally excuse yourself from the requirements of agents to serve the consumer's best interest.If I'm an agent and buy a property well below market and then immediately re-sell it for more, the seller might see that and cry foul.

Seeing and smelling a property is second to none.

I think the legislation around AirBnB comes down to a simple battle of capital vs votes.

Then I'm sure he'd complain about the smell, the color...anything at all.

The pinon smell is really a classic New Mexico thing.
