I found BP about 21 months ago while recovering medically and looking for something that is more flexible than a typical job that causes you to work 10 to 12 hours a day without being paid any overtime.I was forced to be that way in the early 1980's when I had graduated from college.

I have heard of people intentionally buying into condos with disaster HOAs, that intend to take it over and bring it up to financeable standards for the forced appreciation that would yield, but that's high risk because who knows if you can get 4 out of the other 8 HOA members to vote for you (assuming the bylaws of the HOA are such that [ simple majority = 4 + you = 5 ] can do whatever it wants)?
