First Time Landlord

So, I'm currently waiting on loan approval, and then plan on buying my first multifamily property. I'm all in on this plan, but can't shake some nerves when it comes to landlording. Is there anything I should know? Any tips, suggestions, ideas, this I should/shouldn't do? Any advice would help out a lot. Thanks!

Start with downloading the landlord tenant laws for your state, research and find out if their is a landlord association in your area.

Check BP further for tenant screening, and How to rent your house.

Lots to learn, best lesson do it right the first time.

Once you've done the above then you could consider if it's a business you want to do.
