There are a lot more numbers to analyze here, but your cash flow once moved out should be great on this property!

I think there are probably more opportunities for multi's there, but just haven't analyzed any.  

I need help on analyzing package deals.

I am from Southern California and after analyzing the market here I am finding it very difficult to find properties with the ROI that I am looking for, therefore I am starting the research other areas and Houston is one that interests me. 

And I have analyzed the deal for Flipping very conservative with Running costs for 6 months and Repair costs of $140,00 ( including 5% contingency).

I have been reading quite a bit and know +- what I need to know though have to analyze more properties to finally find a deal...

I have an investment idea that I'm hoping the experienced members can help me analyze in terms what I need to consider and the how-to's. 

Perhaps there is a better strategy for analyzing the numbers for a primary and looking for better or best way to structure the deal.
