RE Agents, Investors and Property Managers in Houston TX area

Hi, 

I am planning to invest in TX preferably in Houston as I have friends and family there. I am from Southern California and after analyzing the market here I am finding it very difficult to find properties with the ROI that I am looking for, therefore I am starting the research other areas and Houston is one that interests me.

I am reaching out to this forum hoping to find other investors in the area, RE Agents and Property managers to begin building relationships. I am planning to make a trip at the end of month to research and analyze the area. Anyone in Houston drop me a line so we can talk and perhaps meet while I am there.
