Don't worry about the team until you have a paying task for them to complete.  

I've seen engineers fresh out of school at little mom and pop organizations who were extremely sharp and more than capable of any job that they came across, and I've seen 30 year engineers at billion dollar companies who were almost completely incapable of performing any relevant task adequately so age, experience, size of company is often irrelevant.

After all, this is a foreclosure and I have plenty of rehab tasks to the tune of 20-35k.

Some may charge by the task, some by the hour, or both.

You might consider attending a meeting of the Central Arkansas Real Estate Investors Association to see whether you might still be able to find ways to earn money in real estate without violating criminal prohibitions against engaging in unlicensed real estate activity.Best of luck in your new adventures.

So my question to you all is this:What are the 5 (or so) tasks, habits, jobs, etc. that you make a point of doing shortly after you wake?

What types of tasks are you looking to outsource? 

Jumping into commercial lending is a tough task but you can do it.  

On top of the tasks that you mentioned,  I would also like a system that tracks contact dates and is able to remind me in someway shape or form to connect with those that haven't been touched in a while.
