If there is a deal to be had, and my LOI is accepted, then I might check out a few units before going under contract.  

You have to have the mental resources to accept that you are not always going to be a winner in life.

There are some wholesalers who will let you know that the seller will accept financing, but it is dependent on how active your market is and how active the off-market activity is.
