Thern, once you start getting a track record, you can push for a higher percentage and you will have real world experience to back you up.

I'm new to the real estate world but I've been doing some marketing for a syndication company.

Changing lenders in the middle of a deal is not the end of the world, don't work with someone you don't trust or don't like just because it's inconvenient to change. at the minimum it costs you nothing to call a few other lenders and interview them to get a reference between what you have and what you could have. 

Still a third world country but with almost double the per capita GDP of India, people from peru and other countries are looking at buying an asset in the US almost certain to drop in as their best option available. 

Pro's for the housing market$2 trillion dollar check - (can you imagine writing a check for 2 trillion and saying to the world - trust me - it won't bounce!)

Im a newbie in the RE world, i could say that i have purchased 1 apartment unit so far, i was lucky enough to purchase it back in 2014 when RE in South Florida was still accessible to investors like me and it has been already been paid off. 

Do not encourage anyone in the buildings infested, your units or otherwise, to use 'foggers' because while they may work, what they generally do is spread the issue.I'm relatively new to the forums here, so i don't know if it's allowed to say so in a post...but if you'd like to send me a private message i can tell you the chemicals i used (which are available through the worlds largest online retailer......) and, at least in Michigan, do not required any sort of license to use. 

I think Yale beat Harvard by like 300 basis points over a decade and this caused some first world drama.
