Just wondering if I should wait until I save it or is it worth getting a loan to jump on it now?

Im wondering if there is anyway to wrap the construction cost into the loan even though the property is “not functional”.

There's a small house towards front of the lot that can be renovated and rented out, I'm wondering about dropping in tiny homes or renting out space for something else.

I am happy I have paid it off but stumped and wondering if it's the right thing and what options may be better as the rent is not bringing enough returns for the property value. 

I'm wondering though, I'm 22 years old and currently studying to get my license in Northern VA (Woodbridge).

We have found that bandit signs and direct mail is almost useless down here- therefore we committed to social media at a very high level and have generated a lot of business that is untapped by using Instagram and Facebook ORGANICALLY...That's a great tip about using social media down here.
