Using an inspection to re-negotiate is not a strategy I am in favor of, with the exception of some major hidden item uncovered.Also, Tim's experience is a perfect example of why new investors should Always get inspections.Tim, contact this agent's broker and file a formal complaint.

As Tim mentioned you need to compare to properties most like the subject with improvements made.You need to find three properties that are recent sales, as recent as you can your your property to be compared with.
