The neighbor saw 3 people on the roof at 4 in the morning but did not think anything of it/ We always board up our properties and hire a person to stay in the property until we are done our rehab /The sad fact is that the thief's hardly get any money for the ac cooper etc.

Hey Jason,A GREAT way to keep track of leads is to go out and buy 3x5 or 4x6 index cards, the card holder, and tabbed cards that have the month on them and the days 1-31.Then, when you follow up with a lead, etc. you can write down little notes on the index cards and then place them in a future date for when you want to follow up.So, when you go to the office in the morning, the first thing you can do is look at your index card holder box and pull out all the cards on that date and follow up.No monthly fee, no glitches in software, no computer crashes where you lose all the information, etc.Yep, it works!

Good morning,So i've had my eyes on a house in Baltimore, MD in the Washington Village area and it is a sure deal.

We also pay for the services of a Caregiving Agency to help mother with her morning rountine.... rising, toileting, dressing, making breakfast.

I got Comed to turn it back on within 2 hours this morning, but had we had more rain in the meantime, or had this been winter, I might have had a disaster on my hands. 

Usually we spend our Saturday mornings exploring potential properties, discussing scope of works for ongoing projects, analyzing potential projects, and forming partnerships to invest.
