Hello @James Burch  If you can not find anyone on BP to assist you with pictures I would try to contact local real estate agents, or go through your other social media contacts for this.

I may be able to get the property for a little less if I have proof of financing.  

You can use that pages url as a business website and also get some social media marketing in! 

paying double on social security, as you all know, is rough.  

But the South African bank will not accept the money unless you show proof of where you first wired money into the country to buy the place.

He said they should provide proof to me that this is on there and then their title company should be able to fix it for me. 

I think i would have to switch from being a social worker to become a realtor in order to be a sucessful investor.

However, the lender can and will ask for proof of those improvements (see other discussions on this board where the fliipper had to submit actual receipts to the prospective buyer's lender to justify the value added).  

Proof: Using the approach I outlined in option #2 we had a client tell us she would take 11k less than what our max offer would have been.

In my area the electric utility will put them in your name just by you asking no proof required.
