I allow my tenants to:- Mail payment to my PO Box- Deposit money directly into my account at the bank- Pay online via Zelle- Set up automatic payments via CozyThere are pros and cons to each of them, but they all work (and are all free).

sorry..i did not get that answer from him but  he said that in the 1990s he was laid of from work and he could survive on his coin operated biz.he also bought a second self coin operated car wash for his 35 year old son after his son became open to the ideahope that helps...

I have been investing out of state since 2012, and I would highly advise that whatever market you end up selecting to start your REI, that you visit that market, meet the team behind the properties, and see what kind of rehab work and neighborhoods they are working in.
