Hello everyone, My name is Anand . It is great to become a part of this wonderful community. I am a software engineer from Torrance CA. End of last year, I was planning to buy a house in outskirts of Torrance. That was the first time I started seriously looking at housing pricing. During my analysis on the internet accidentally came across this wonderful forum. I ditched the idea of buying anything in CA and started looking out for out of state investment. I should say, BiggerPockets is an eye opener for me. It is very educative and senior folks are doing a fantastic job of helping newbies like me. I have been analyzing properties on rootstock for a while. Yet to close my first deal.
