I have a possible wholesale opportunity on a house that can be rehabbed in Baltimore city.

I wanted to ask people from the bay area if it was still possible to house hack seeing as the prices are so high right now. 

Also, a good reliable team of contractors is needed to quote you for possible expenses.

So let's say you're under 18, you have an LLC, is it possible to purchase a propert under the LLC even though you are a minor?

It is totally possible that someone finally gave a decent offer on it that the Bank accepted ... but at $200K for a Homepath property the numbers don't add up unless it goes down to $180K.I hear that Banks still consider offers even when properties get under contract, is that true?
