Hello all, I am a 22 year old male currently working for a real estate data and analytics company in upstate NY.  I'm interested in real estate investing as a future career, hoping to start out by buying a rental property or possibly a duplex, and will be getting my RE license in the near future.  I will be spending the next few weeks reading and listening to as much info as possible.  Looking forward to learning from you all.
