I'm actually in the middle of J Scott's book on flipping houses so it should all come together soon.

The neighborhood is quiet and in the middle of 2 cities, one 40,000 and one 70,000 pop.

In your opinion what is the best strategy for flip #1.I'm in the Bay Area, CA (East Bay) and I've quit my day job and am devoting my full attention to getting my fix & flip business started (Yikes!)

Do you prefer to place the stove in the middle of the counter-top space to breakout the counter space?

My entire driveway, rear patio and front sidewalks are stamped and the concrete company got a little lazy in the middle of the driveway at the entry to the garage. 95% of the job looked great, but that other 5%....When they pull the mold up, the concrete should have a highly detailed imprint, not smooth and flat.Once its done, its done.

Back then I questioned, why can't I just open my own physical store and sell this stuff, why do I have to buy it from you the middle man?

No the 2x6 with the 1/2 plywood in the middle will make it the exact same width as the existing 2x4 studs.   

The annoying part in the middle with all the hard work? 

My question is, they have 30 days notice in middle of month, do we need to prorate the next month or do they pay a full month even though they vacated in middle of month?
