Get a neighborhood list and call around.

I called a few wholesaling agencies and asked to be out on their distribution list.... 

One more thing I would add to the list is looking at the deals through different lenses. 

I'd say that Chicago Title is probably currently at the bottom of my list, simply because of some turnover.

Power of Sale homes are listed on the MLS system and can be found on realtor.ca yet you would not necessarily know that they are a power of sale. 

And can you buy those homes and sell them and list for market value?
