If I was in an area with high turnover and/or I had many more units I would probably have a property management company place the tenants and then self manage if I was having issues with it.

There is no right to impose one's self choices onto others, and that's what's happening here, there imposing there choices and impacts of those ONTO the neighborhood and the neighbors. 

Real life you need self manage in 2024 to make any cashflow.
