If you fix a light socket wrong and the house burns down you might be held liable, but if you hire an electrician they could go after LLC but not you personally This is why I use multiple LLCs and own little in my own name.  

If you feel like you might not be respected because this is your first and you are young, then hire a property manager for couple years.

@Ned Carey If I hire a lawyer to represent me at the court to defense me from the accusation, property damage, lease broken, .... and that I won the case, would the court order her to pay for all my legal fee?

Were you able to fix it up yourself or did you hire someone? 

Set up an LLC for your mobile home and hire the OPs accountant for all I care.
