Two older ladies are afraid of him.

I’m a bartender to the ultra wealthy now which is easy, reliable income, but I remember working at a casino where I had to choose between the high-roller who’d pay me 100 bucks for a lucky beer or the tweaker lady who’d order a blended mudslide with 5 free cherries and tip me in pocket lint.

During the early days, weeks, and months of living in this house, I would curse the name of not only my real estate agents but the lady who oversaw the project of a house that was falling apart in front of our very eyes.  

Anyone working a regular job who is living paycheck-to-paycheck or  month-to-month, and without any substantial savings is taking a huge gamble. 

While I am not one to gamble, I do think I have a lower risk aversion than others. 

One lady said to me, oh, I live on Grant, north of Chestnut in a two story.
