James,  are you comfortable working with your CPA remotely?

@Brayden James given that it was built in 2017 it is probably just assessed on the land value as soon as the county figures out there is a house there you best believe your taxes will go up. 

James Wise has collected a bunch of his victims and created a three hour youtube video going through all the heartbreak.

@James Morin, I would address this question to a lawyer to be better advised as it can be a sensitive matter. 

I also agree with @James Gleeson about making it a habit of listening to podcasts, books and surrounding yourself with like minded people to inspire you to learn more each day. 

@James Meyer being a model home essentially has no effect on value over the long term, the upgrades count for something but really only if they are significant ex: nobody cares if you got the thick or thin countertops in the bathroom. 

You just need to come up with a defensible methodology for the valuation you assign.
