Buyers can eventually turn into private money lenders and JV partners, and they're you're customer so the fact that you have a lot of potential customers calling wanting to be on your list is great, remember that. as far as marketing for sellers I believe the absentee owner list is overused, it's become to common of a target list.

@Richard Ball  PS my other reason is Tesla has a referral network I am certain I put people in my Telsa that live and work in my Hood.. and I drive them to the airport on Autopilot never touching anything I will sell them .. what happens is you have a customer code..

We initially were going to use a local printer for the mailers, but found them to be extremely unreliable so decided to spend a little more money and use yellowletters.com, which the service was extremely easy to use and they great customer service.
