Getting more buyers than sellers

Hi everyone,

I'm about 1 month in on my business.

I have begun mailing to my absentee owner list and have placed bandit signs. I have averaged 1-3 calls a day with my bandit signs... all from local buyers

every single call has been a cash buyer asking to get on my list. I was anxious that finding buyers would be the harder part of the business. I'm starting to believe it will be the opposite.

is there anything else I could/should be doing to attract sellers? all of my signs are targeted towards sellers yet its buyers calling.

I'm in the Minneapolis area and I have learned that inventory here is low since wholesalers are in competition with the first time homebuyers

That's the market cycle we're in at the moment. Plenty of buyers, not very many deals. It's a great time to have a deal to sell, not a very great time to be looking for one though...
