It's a two hour drive in case anything goes wrong and you can probably rent it to your current neighbor when they get sick of the Bay Area and decide to move there :-)Summary:All in all, no one has a crystal ball, but Sacramento is still ripe with opportunity whether you're moving there or investing.

They know the properties for small commercial will tend to be odd ball and the options are generally only community banks that want that business and offer horrible terms.

If you can get a super low ball price it might be worth it but you have to know that it will sit on the market for a long time because people are wary of homes that flooded even if it was just during Harvey.

@Guido Sanchez Thanks yeah I'm aiming to start small, kick the ball and let it start to roll, rather than commit big money to my first shot, I drove by the neighborhood today and fortunately I met with an agent who is honest enough to warn me about the neighborhood around the property I'm looking at, definitely worth talking to locals!
