Ask me anything about Commerical Real Estate Finance

Hello all,

I got involved with Bigger Pockets back in high school before I had any clue what real estate was about. All I knew was, my family friend drove a Ferrari and he did Real Estate, therefore, I wanted to do Real Estate and drive an even faster Ferrari. I'm sure many young people got/are getting into real estate for the same reason, not knowing how much of a grind it really is.

It has now all come full circle. After years of learning the ins and outs about commercial real estate and finance, I am back on Bigger Pockets (as of today). But instead of coming to the site to learn from others, the roles have now switched and I am here to help others with their commercial financing questions.

Fire away!

Trey

This is not legal or financing advice and I am not an attorney. This is merely to inform readers of the options that are out there, and some of the issues we have seen. Contact your own legal and financial advisors before entering into transactions.
