I always max out my Roth IRA and throw a few thousand dollars in my SEP IRA, but there's lots of extra money coming in that we're trying to decide what to do with.I am a dual Canadian/American citizen, so I'm able to invest in either country at my leisure. 

I’m with RBC right now since I can cross over my Canadian credit to using American lending.

But just have a thick skin as some FSBO owners believe they own the American version of Buckingham Palace, which is reflected in their asking price.  

The issue is it creates a feedback loop, that is the problem for us humans and society, not for the companies and their advertising dollars. 

I did not realize that such a huge segment of our society was like this.

Check around/google for legal aid societies, volunteer lawyer programs, if your courts offer any assistance programs for landlord/tenant help, etc.

Hi Jay, I've had friends who were Americans who lived in Mexico and from what they told me, Mexico is much more challenging to get a mortgage and the terms are worse compared to American mortgages.

It is one of the more expensive Central and South American countries but you can easily make it with $300,000 for say 15 years or more.
