The challenge, which you have already pointed out, is locating and then identifying suitable replacement properties within the 45 calendar day identification period and then acquiring them within the 180 calendar day exchange period.You can also look at doing a Reverse 1031 Exchange transaction that allows you to acquire and close on your replacement properties first and then sell your relinquished property within 180 calendar days after the wounds of your replacement properties.

She fought back and was beat up very badly.She wound up at the hospital for a while.I immediately set up a collection for her and asked my other Business Partners to contribute.I then got one of my very experienced Medical Doctor friends to come visit her when she returned home to make sure she had good treatment.Lastly, I decided to offer her a renewal with zero rental increase which is not very typical in NYC.I believe in being the best at you you are doing and it will reward you in other ways.Doing a great job as a Landlord is not necessarily about the money.

I wound getting that property so cheap that the county required an affidavit from me and the seller on why it was so much lower than the appraised value before they would record the deed.
