I can't tell you how many people I talk to that get stuck in the analysis paralysis stage, and never end up buying a rental. 

I am an Investment Advisor looking to get into multifamily through syndication (in the beginning stages of research and learning).

I'm still in the education stage of the process and looking forward to working with everyone in the future.

Now, I'm at the stage where I'm looking to refinance in order to pull out some of my initial investment.

Density is your friend, but seek out how to best do it to create a desirable place, minimize you utility/road costs, and retain value throughout the development stages (if phased).  

If your retirement utterly depends on having adequate cash flow from your properties, any downturns will cripple you.

The one-off turned into many one-offs and most important thing I learned from that was how utterly clueless those guys were in just about everything, which shattered my false concept that all investors have some secret-sauce, that i needed that illusive treasure map, no, these were clueless idgets they just simply were fearless to try.

I have been showing it in the evenings after work , not staged ( I am living there still ) And the weekend is booked . 

I am still in the learn and go stages of REI as well as in the middle of my 63 hour Real Estate Sales Associate License courses.
