We're training someone about 40 miles from where you are and the results are very positive.

I can find quality people to do what rehab needs to be done, but finding the right properties, keeping a stream of investment options coming, and negotiating the deals is harder to train in my opinion.

I understand this may not be enough data to go off of, however I am wondering is it the VA who needs more training or do I need to call the list personally to see if the results vary? 

They have an excellent training program. 

I’d say that attending a training seminar/mentor/YOUTUBE videos, etc and trying to put a deal together based on that information makes putting the deal together a one in a hundred shot.  

@Marlon Jackson You have to be able to properly train the VAs.

If they do their due diligence and they lose their money then that’s the risk reward they signed up for.BP wants to play a role then sell training or develop checklists.  .  

Now I am with C21 Prime Time which I have been for thirteen days have defined my old sales skills with consistently sharpening my cold calling phone skills through attending their script and role play every Tuesday and Wednesday morning training.

Being cloud based has the perk of tons of freedom and less time constraints for meetings and trainings (but with the advantage of them being there every day if you want them!).
