I personally have found an abundance of deals where older landlords no longer wish to own but do not want to pay the capital gains tax. 

Are they easy to take off?

Hey @Nick Gallon Martin, I recommend speaking to a Tax Planner/CPA, @Jeff Nash would be a great resource for you.

Now I can see some builders having an issue with comps.. but other than that its crazy to take these funds as income and then pay tax and plow it right back in..

You are so right about analysis paralysis 😁Not too concerned about mechanics though I would like to learn more about how to best use CRMs (specifically freedomsoft), but also would like to learn specifics regarding forming LLC structures and tax strategies 🤔
