I do not know where in California you live, but filling 11 vacancies at the same time seems like a pretty daunting task. 

You can still network and build relationships that way.We are based out of Florida, but we don't usually visit properties even if they are in our hometown because of the time constraints that prevent us from locking in more deals and doing more efficient tasks.

I have my cable, internet, and home phone (landline) through Comcast.

I've come up with these key features:- Internet (a given)- Washer/dryer- Pet friendly- King bed- EV charging (?)

You could just focus on maintenance, but that is only one of many tasks that a short term rental must manage.

If you do go with an LLC, make sure an attorney provides it specific to you (not downloaded from the internet), that teh attorney will defend it in court, that you jave an operatiing agreement and that you follow said operating agreement. 

I've created a daily schedule and habit tracker that fully aligns my daily habits and tasks with my longer term goals.

You'll probably get exhausted with this so you need a PM who serves at the ground level so you can focus on higher value tasks. 

There's no set amount and no stranger on the internet can tell you what should work for you. 

@Wayne Brooks this is a very old one.. there was a guy in 'Colorado who had a huge internet presence and had the same deal... he got indicted and put out of business maybe someone will recall his name... when he was going big.. you would see 5 to 10 craigs list ads all saying the same thing we buy notes.. then you talk to the individual and they knew nothing about the business and read from a script..
