MTR build in a second floor detached garage. Features to incorporate into the build?

Hey all! I've got a 2nd floor detached garage build i'm in the planning/permitting stages of here and looking for advice to see if any key features need added.

It will have its separate entrance from main garage which will be utilized by main house STR for a game room eventually. Kitchen will have all amenities including dishwasher, fridge, oven, garbage disposal, walk-in pantry with microwave, eat-in island, etc. Bedroom will have small walk-in closet, and another closet with stacked washer/dryer. Bathroom will have corner entry shower insert, and a sizeable single sink vanity.

2 zone mini splits will handle HVAC

Electrical will need to be redone 100amp wont cover both and due to the EV charger in garage, electrician says it will be pushing it with split 200 amp panels, possibly necessitating a split 400 amp service. Should I future proof it and just go 400 amp service and add an EV port outside where the MTR will park as well?

Googling MTR features was a little difficult to come up with a ton of resources. There is a plethora of sites on the matter for STRs. I've come up with these key features:

- Internet (a given)

- Washer/dryer

- Pet friendly

- King bed

- EV charging (?)

Below is a blueprint of the tentative layout, I'm still working with the contractor on stair placement. Also, the roof is a barn-style roof, so it starts to slope at about 4ft high.

Is there anything I should add or change to suit MTR (and STR in the gaps of no MTR guests)?
