I do know my stuff and the basics.

It takes some folks a long time to get around to dealing with the house, usually because it is full of "stuff".Here's the thing; they told me that I was the only one still mailing to them so they called me.

It was magnificent and free, now it is good and you have a lot of stuff being sold. 

From there I can expand and continue to invest or pivot to hiring out agent stuff, and start having fun with investments. 

I do have a possible opportunity to buy a home that was left to a friend if mine & its full of stuff left befind if his parents.

Seems like something that should be easy to set up, but it seems way more conveluted than it needs to be.I added a user as a Rental Manager, but that only gives them access to the PM Module which literally is just backend stuff that's not that important to being able to message guests.

They are the department that records deeds, liens, mortgages, and a lot of other stuff into the "public records".

Hey Isaiah, I would talk with an accountant that knows real estate for the stuff you mentioned.
