I have some expierence boxing and would love to get into some type of martial arts, but I would really like something that doesn't tie me too much to a schedule, something I can do from home when I have a free hour.

Also, it isn't property taxes that tax an unrealized gain its INCOME TAXES because they tax the mortgage paydown on the loan which it tied up in the equity of the house.

Put your cards on the table after the initial review rather than tie up and waste an investor's time. 

Might it make more sense to sell outright and take your 1/3 into a stronger market where not only would you earn that $12,000 but you might have an asset with solid appreciation over time?

I hope this proximity would allow building a stronger network and faster scale my investments.

From my understanding, all my personal properties are not tied in this investment since it is owned by an LLC, not my personal name.Anybody correct me if I am wrong please!
