He'll give you all the docs (provided you never share them...stiff penalty for that) show you how to use them, how to negotiate the deal, and even provide a buyers list.Other than non disclosure, the only caveat is that you must close each deal with his title company.I am not affiliated with Scott in any way, but I did nearly go that route before I found my partner (Right here on BP)Bill Gulley, you were indeed very close to spot on.

For years I put them on abandoned properties I couldn't find the owner except in one town where if you didn't have written permission there was a stiff fine and Barney Fife was in charge of enforcement.
