Most of the deals our clients invest in are 1-4 units in size, priced from $250k - $1.5M, purchased with VA, FHA, Conventional financing, or 1031 funds. The properties are usually turnkey or need a light renovation. We DO NOT source distressed properties, foreclosures, or commercial grade multi family (5+ units).
We are a group of agents that are active investors in the market you're looking to expand in, and purchasing deals right alongside our clients. We run the numbers, share our resources including contractors, handymen, property managers, CPAs, Attorneys and leasing specialists.
