We just started discussions with prospective consultants on the EB-5 program and how it may work with our proposal to develop a new NFL stadium for the San Diego Chargers.Preliminary indications are that our project, in the $1.6B range, is likely a suitable "regional center" for the deployment of EB-5 investment funds.I'd be happy to share my experiences with the program as our effort evolves.
