What market should I go to next?

Roger R.
Posted

Hi,

I'm I've been a landlord in the NYC area for 20 years.  NYC is a bubble that I've been fortunate to be in.   I own a small 4 unit mixed use residential/commercial building in a desirable area of Manhattan.   Just going with the dynamics of my situation, I feel it is a good window for me to sell and exit the NYC market via a 10-31 exchange.    Where should I go next?     Thanks everyone for their time.

Best,

Roger

I’m still newer but I’m loving the New Albany, IN market. 3/1 rents for around 850-1000,usually an buy for less than $50k. We are right across the river from the amazing Louisville,KY market
