They have replaced all their cars with EV and now asking me if they can also get Solar panels installed.

I installed a complete system in a 1000 sqft ranch rental but I also upgraded the panel to 100amps & ran all new 10ga wiring & 240V double-pole 30amp circuit breakers to branches of the units in series. 

I am thinking of adding solar panels (owned not leased) to the property to improve value. 

If we install an over the stove micro-wave 'code' requires us to run a dedicated 20amp circuit (12ga wiring) to the panel.

Actually had one leg of a electrical panel go out tonight on a property I manage for another investor.

Hi,I am looking to buy the 1st high rise condo build in the south shore of Montreal, along highway 10 and 30 in the new Solar Uniquartier, next to Dix30 and right next to the new Montreal light rail train station (Montreal REM).

Just purchased our first multi-unit and are being told we need to add an electrical meter and sub-panel to capture usage of all shared electric.

Purple painted rooms 70’s wood paneled walls and dingy outdated shag carpet are just fine to these folks .

The panel might need to be upgraded if it isn't 200 amps but that's an easy replacement.
