I play professional soccer for Minnesota United and recently moved to the Minneapolis area.

A mixed use development project including their new soccer stadium (over 20 acres)I'd advise doing your own due diligence but I'm a die hard believer in Indy and think others will grow to believe the same as time progresses. 

But to Ryans point there are many, many condo and townhomes that just don't even try and each one of those is exactly like the one next door, there is only so much you can do to a 2-3 bedroom condo to make it better than the next one or even a hotel.I'm on the side of buying bigger (at least in the Orlando market) You open yourself up to large families, tour groups, conventions, soccer or cheerleading competitions and so much more.

(Snow, small tinkles that have gone unnoticed, spilled water, lazy cleaners, etc) The floor that is used for commercial use, like shopping centers or grocery stores, designed for foot traffic, not little Johny running across his room in spiked soccer shoes and slip sliding all over the place scratching the brand new floor you installed only 1 month ago or constant dragging of the chairs or pointy toys.

Millennials are the butt of almost every joke, they are soft, they have 15 soccer trophies and never scored a goal etc.  

I know they have a decent amount of softball/soccer tournaments going on here (I'd imagine fall/spring time).

I like watching soccer, tennis and playing chess, cricket and spending time with my family.
