Run a skip tracing tool on whomever you meet there that wants to do  business with you because everyone at these meetings can not be trusted. 

If everyone else is contacting by direct mail, maybe you could get Skip Trace (or TLO).Being the black sheep isn't always a bad thing.GOOD LUCK!!

Maybe thats the move and then you can wholesale whatever you want.Are you a people person that just loves breakfast, lunch  and dinner meetings and is a 'connector' you can bring people together and get a piece of the action if done correctly by all parties.
