Glue down using an adhesive is always a good floors though again I prefer an adhesive with a hard set and not a pressure sensitive that can be affected by temperature and other factors.

Then find your marks to where you would like to start and chalk a line for your starting point, you need to us a pressure sensitive glue and spread the area to which you want to start.

In some places sensitive to union wage incomes in manufacturing as in the rust belt and large RE projects tied to fed funding, you'll see a significant slowing in such economies.

Most of these items use a pressure sensitive adhesive.

Does he not want to provide the full tax return because he does not want you having access to the sensitive information on it(Social security number of himself and others(if partnership))?

It was a tough situation and I definitely recommend, as others have said, getting legal advice for this sensitive situation.One thing I would highly recommend based on my experience from this happening is to try and check on your rental unit as soon as you can.

Just takes a little more work.For those that want to just go shopping on a website and pick a house of course the mid west turn key model works great... and if you get with the right turn key company and don't over pay in the first place and have great management then that is a nice way for the newer investor or price sensitive investor to get started..

Sensitivity analyses are important to me as well (i.e. how changes in certain variables effect the return).  

But they're not time sensitive.
