two story house : flooring question
I need to replace the floors on my house i'm planning on tile in the bathrooms and laminate wood every place but two rooms and the stairs which will be carpet . The house is two story with two kitchens 4 rooms a great room &1 3/4 bath. The location is about 5 blocks from a university so i'm thinking of renting out to students - or perhaps the school itself , they have bought up as much property as they can already. Sorry got to rambling - to the point - should i go all laminate ? I'm just seeing carpet ruined in a few years with renting - would with renting experience come to the same conclusion.
