I'm curious to dive deeper into the Santa Fe market and would love to learn from those with local experience.

I live in a very expensive market (Seattle, WA) and I am looking to invest out of State.

If the seller has equity at the closing table part of the proceeds could go towards the utilities being caught up.

If your goals are long-term - this market will offer a ton of appreciation and steady renter demand.
