Due to our limited funds, we want to figure out how to get a great deal, with as little of our cash in the game as possible, to allow a "safety net" of sorts.

I am scared for my life and I give importance safety all the time.               

I moved here for a full time outside sales position in roofing and safety equipment.  

We raise enough money to have safety nets and have money in our accounts to cover the unexpected.

Also drive access on busy streets is a safety issue since people are backing out into traffic.

.- The re-inspection fee, if needed, is typically in my area the result of a listing agent not doing their jobs and double strapping the hot water heater, putting CO detectors in, or otherwise ensuring the property is in financeable condition on the day it is put on the MLS, with no blatant health/safety issues, etc etc.

I can't tell you how many times I've gotten me or my clients a hell of a deal because we can break down what needs done (think: Major structural and/or major safety issues -- not cosmetic, never ever ever bring up strictly cosmetic issues!)

For safety reasons, you might want to consider banning space heaters altogether.
