It might work well to re-visit books that you have read previously as a refresher but I have found that (personally, at least) it did not serve as a good way to introduce new, meaningful concepts into my life.

the state diversification is 90% non minority and 10% everything from Black HIspanic Indian Chinese Japanese etc etc.. bad neighbors are just bad neighborhoods.. low income Is low income.. although in the Portland metro area there are no hoods .. probably the lowest crime rate of any major MSA in the country..

The concept seem pretty good to me I was a little skeptical that the incoming tenant would actually buy our home but what I didn't expect was to be able to choose who the tenant was (that was refreshing).
