This simple update has big implications for property owners, allowing small repairs and maintenance to be handled more quickly and affordably.

I've been a solo broker for well over 20 years and can spot a serious buyer/seller very quickly. 

It probably needs to be addressed to keep the house safe to inhabit long term even if we keep it as a rental.  

I have seen great properties coming out with a great rental rate, but you would know those move quickly so being partner with someone local in DFW is always a good idea.
